Defense
A cord that will meet oil or water and a breaker that interrupts both sides of the line. We build surge suppressors with an oil and water resistant cord and a dual pole breaker, and heavy duty aluminum housings, to a drawing rather than from a catalog.
Data Center and IT
Equipment that arrives with a C13 cord rather than a molded plug, cabinet returns that will not take a deeper extrusion, and racks wired for patching at the front and permanent connections at the rear. We build 19 inch 1U chassis, IEC strips and low-profile housings for all three, to customer specification.
Industrial and Manufacturing
A strip on a machine enclosure or a workbench has to survive the environment it is in, and sometimes has to lock rather than pull straight out. We build heavy duty aluminum housings from 24 to 72 inches at 15, 20 and 30 amps, with twist-lock receptacles where the connection has to hold and ground fault protection at the plug for benches near a water source.
Broadcast and Professional AV
An AV rack is wired for patching at the front and permanent connections at the rear, and its supply is often not clean. We build 19 inch 1U chassis with outlets on either face or both, surge protection inside the rack chassis, and suppressors carrying EMI/RFI noise filtering at 80 dB and 1490 joules. Isolated ground is a published option on the Rack Mount Units and the Slim Line Series.
Laboratory and Scientific
Instruments on a supply that is not clean, imported equipment that arrives with a C13 cord, and benches close enough to water that the protection belongs at the plug. We build IEC strips, ground fault units, surge and noise suppressors, and slim housings for benchtop setups where the service channel is tight.
Healthcare
We build hospital grade relocatable power taps: green dot receptacles and a hospital grade plug, on an assembly ETL listed to UL 1363, hipot and ground bond tested in our own plant.
Transportation, Logistics and Maritime
Ports, shipyards and fulfillment hubs put power where oil, water and handling are routine, and equipment on the move needs protection at the plug. We build surge suppressors with an oil and water resistant cord, heavy duty aluminum strips and ground fault units, to a drawing rather than from a catalog.
Higher Education and Academic Research
Research labs re-equip when a grant cycle changes the instruments, makerspaces put heavy equipment beside benches, and student spaces want charging at the desk. We build ground fault units, IEC strips and slim housings to the configuration each room needs.
Emergency Services and Public Safety
Dispatch consoles and emergency operations centers run rack equipment around the clock, patched at the front and wired permanently at the rear. We build 19 inch 1U rack distribution with front and rear outlets, surge protection in the chassis, and ground fault protection at the plug.
Commercial Furniture and Office Design
Furniture makers build power into desks, workstations and casework, to a depth the piece sets and a length the designer specifies. We build shallow and slim housings to the dimension the furniture needs.
