The Slim Line Series with GFCI plugs is the Slim Line multi-outlet strip with a ground fault circuit interrupter on the end of the power cord, ETL listed to UL 1363. It uses the same housing as the standard Slim Line, and outlet count, outlet spacing, and cord length are built to order.

Typical applications
The GFCI version is specified where a relocatable power tap needs ground fault protection at the plug: benches and equipment bays near a water source, wash-down areas, and any location where the supply receptacle is not itself GFCI protected.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the GFCI housing deeper than the standard Slim Line?
- No. It is the same housing. The ground fault circuit interrupter is part of the plug on the end of the power cord, not part of the extrusion, so the cross-section is the same 1 5/8 inches by 1 3/16 inches.
- Can the GFCI plug be added to another Brooks series?
- Ask. The GFCI plug is fitted to the cord rather than built into the housing, and we build to specification, so send the configuration you need and we will quote what we can supply.
